Que la Libye ne serait pas vous laisser savoir

Avant la «guerre humanitaire», la Libye a été le premier pays en Afrique sur l’égalité de la santé, l’éducation et le sexe. Aujourd’hui est le premier décès et des souffrances d’une crise sanitaire.
Massacres et crise de la santé
En août, Christian Balslev-Olesen, le bureau de l’UNICEF dans la Libye a annoncé que «le bombardement intense de l’infrastructure de l’eau de la Libye par l’OTAN pourrait devenir une crise sanitaire sans précédent.” (1)C’est exactement ce qui se passe. Un mois après la situation sanitaire de la population libyenne est de plonger dans un abîme où l’accès aux nécessités de la vie disparaît.
Selon les rapports d’une clinique dans la ville de Harawa, à quelques miles en dehors de Syrte, un grand nombre de familles ont des enfants petits qui souffrent de diarrhée et de vomissements. Rybakov Valentina, un médecin ukrainien qui a travaillé en Libye pendant huit ans a déclaré: «La plupart des patients qui viennent à moi sont les enfants que j’ai vu 120 patients du matin et de 70 pour cent d’entre eux étaient des enfants C’est une crise.. l’aide humanitaire grande. Nous essayons d’obtenir de l’aide provenant du monde entier, mais le principal problème est que ces personnes n’ont pas accès à l’eau potable. “(2)
Accès à l’eau potable! quelque chose que tous les Libyens étaient assurés et de libérer même si la Libye est un désert, avant le «intervention humanitaire» par l’OTAN. (3)
Dans deux semaines précédant Syrte assiégés et bombardés par l’OTAN, il n’y a pas d’eau, pas de médicaments, sans nourriture adéquate pour une population de 100.000 habitants.
La catastrophe humanitaire n’est pas accidentelle est largement préméditée collaboration avec l’OTAN. Les rebelles ont encerclé Syrte volontairement de couper l’électricité et le flux des fournitures telles que la nourriture et du gaz pour la cuisson dans une tentative de littéralement«affamer la ville de soumettre”. Selon le Dr Mego Terzian, directeur des programmes d’urgence de MSF-France (Médecins sans Frontières): «On nous a dit que l’hôpital a été submergé de blessés …. Il ya des urgences, la pédiatrie, la gynécologie, et les patients souffrant chronique non traitée .
Nous avons parlé des énormes difficultés le manque d’électricité, d’eau et des médicaments de base pour maintenir l’opération d’urgence, y compris les anesthésiques, antibiotiques, analgésiques, et des poches de sang. “(5)
Le représentant de MSF, a déclaré médecins à Syrte avait contacté le groupe demandant des fournitures médicales d’urgence, mais le Conseil national de transition avait “interdit” volontaires MSF de traverser les lignes de siège à l’aide de la population.
Il est ironique que cette situation de MSF dénonce une organisation française tandis que les bombes des avions français qui ont causé encore tomber sur la Libye.
MSF a été fondée par Bernard Kouschner qui devint plus tard l’un des auteurs des massacres commis par l’OTAN au Kosovo. (6)
Il a été rapporté que les mesures provisoires pour les 10 000 personnes près de Syrte, mais les combats ont empêché l’ONU d’envoyer des camions de nourriture, d’eau et de carburant pour les ambulances pour évacuer les blessés.(7)
Un convoi de la Croix-Rouge composé de deux camions et deux véhicules 4 × 4, les livraisons de matières et se dirigea vers la ville assiégée de Syrte a été forcé de retourner tôt lundi. (8)
Des civils tentant de fuir la ville sont des rapports que l’OTAN et les rebelles, pas Kadhafi, sont commettre un génocide contre des civils en Libye. (9)
Plusieurs habitants des zones bombardées par l’OTAN, ont donné leurs témoignages sur la situation critique dans la ville:Sami Abdurrahman, 64, à partir de la route en direction de Syrte, à deux heures la capitale libyenne, Tripoli:
“Pas de nourriture, aucun médicament, et tous les soirs pendant cinq ou six heures, l’OTAN a bombardé des bâtiments de toutes sortes … Ils ont tué des centaines de femmes et d’enfants comme des animaux. “
«Les gens qui vont se battre jusqu’à la mort”, un réfugié dit, ajoutant qu’il y est un hôpital ouvert à Syrte, mais sans médicaments. (10)

Selon le Comité international de la Croix-Rouge, le déni d’aide humanitaire est un crime en droit international. La Croix-Rouge ajoute, “n’est pas nécessairement un massacre perpétré par les armes.” (12)Il est également perpétré en empêchant l’aide d’atteindre ceux qui sont affectés comme ils le font les forces du «nouveau gouvernement», en attaquant des cibles civiles, comme l’eau et en électricité, qui est précisément ce que l’OTAN a fait pendant des mois. Mahdi Darius Nazemroaya pendant sa mission à Tripoli que près de lui coûter la vie (17) il dit de l’attaque criminelle de l’OTAN: “Ils ont bombardé le pays de tapis … sa tactique délibérée était de créer une catastrophe humanitaire, sans respect pour la vie humaine» (18)
Avant la Libye a été le premier pays en Afrique sur l’égalité de la santé, l’éducation et le sexe.Il est important de savoir que, avant la “guerre humanitaire” du peuple en Libye de l’OTAN a eu un niveau de vie élevé. De loin le meilleur dans toute l’Afrique pour ce qui était appelé «la Suisse de l’Afrique».

C’est ce qu’a déclaré le journaliste Yvonne de Vito se référant à la révolution que Kadhafi et autres libyennes effectué, non pas la révolution cheesy actuelle orchestrée par l’OTAN (19)Accès gratuit aux soins de santé.Selon l’OMS «Tous les citoyens ont accès aux soins de santé public gratuit. Le gouvernement a été considérablement augmenter le budget pour le développement des services de santé.”(20)
Le pays a fait des progrès significatifs en termes de santé publique reconnu à l’unanimité par toutes les agences de l’ONU qui a mis en Libye dans les pays africains premier lieu indépendamment de quelques divergences dans les chiffres.Un fait particulièrement important est que depuis 1980, le taux de mortalité infantile a chuté de façon spectaculaire.
Le taux de mortalité infantile de moins de 5 pour 1000 naissances vivantes diminué de 71 à 14 en 2009. (21)Selon l’OMS, l’espérance de vie était de 72,3 années (2009), une des plus élevées parmi les pays en développement.L’espérance de vie a augmenté de 61 en 1980 à 74 aujourd’hui. (22)

Indice de Développement Humain (26) mesure l’évolution des indicateurs combinant l’espérance de vie, niveau d’instruction et de revenus dans une statistique unique qui servirait de cadre de référence pour le développement social et pour le développement économique, montre la position de chaque pays par rapport à ces valeurs cible exprimée comme une valeur entre 0 et 1.
Selon l’Indice de développement humain, de la Libye à nouveau classée première dans tous les pays africains. Dans l’indice général de la Jamahiriya libyenne dans le monde arabe 0,755 classé n ° 53.
En comparaison avec d’autres pays africains
RDC est classée n ° 168
IDH de 0.239 et une espérance de vie de 48 ans.Le Zimbabwe est classé 169 dans l’IDH de 0,140 et une espérance de vie de 47 ans
Non classé Somalie, avec une espérance de vie de 50,4 l’année dernière, est maintenant certainement beaucoup plus faible.Pour tous l’espérance de l’Afrique subsaharienne de vie moyenne de 52,7 ans.Ce positionnement de la Libye à la tête de l’Afrique n’est pas nouvelle.
En 1999, avant l’embargo a été levé en avril 1999 et, malgré elle, la Libye est le pays africain avec des conditions de vie meilleure sur le continent (27)
Avait le plus grand nombre de médecins: 1,28 pour 1000 habitants en 1997, était désormais le premier pays africain à l’indice de développement humain IDH, rang 72 du monde, devant des pays comme le Brésil et bien en avance sur prochains pays africain en Afrique du Sud a été classée 103. (28)
Aujourd’hui a été classé 53 de l’Indice de Développement Humain, est mieux placé que tout autre pays africain.
Direz-vous que c’est parce que la Libye a du pétrole?
Non, en Afrique il ya d’autres pays qui ont du pétrole en Algérie, en Somalie, au Nigeria, mais ils ont ces résultats.Même comparée à d’autres pays avec encore plus de pétrole que l’Arabie Saoudite.Par exemple la Libye est également en avance sur la dictature pro-occidentale, les riches pétrolières d’Arabie Saoudite à l’indice de développement humain:La Libye est classé 53 tandis que l’Arabie Saoudite a le numéro 55 et que, malgré le dollar du revenu national brut par habitant était de 24,7 en Arabie Saoudite tout en Libye a été 17 (29)
Lorsque le taux de mortalité infantile est tombé à 17 décès pour 1.000 naissances en Libye, l’Arabie Saoudite était de 21 (30).
La Libye en avance sur eux, car riches royale saoudienne famille qui possèdent des revenus du pays n’investit pas dans l’amélioration de la santé et des conditions de vie de sa population comme le gouvernement libyen. En revanche, la Maison des Saoud a été l’un des instigateurs de l’assassinat de Kadhafi tentatives passées par le financement de groupes terroristes liés à Al-Qaïda, de la guerre actuelle contre la Libye et le retour de la monarchie. Libre accès à l’éducation
Le pays avait le plus haut taux d’alphabétisation et d’inscription dans les collèges et les universités en Afrique. (32) et est assez remarquable que une proportion égale de scolarisation dans le primaire pour les enfants. Même le taux de scolarisation dans l’enseignement de niveau supérieur (post-secondaire et universitaire) était plus élevé chez les femmes.

Dans la dernière décennie, le nombre de femmes a augmenté de 12% à tous les niveaux de l’éducation. L’école primaire et secondaire, les filles ont dépassé 10% pour les hommes. “
Comme dans le cas de la santé, cette évolution n’est pas le résultat de la dernière décennie, beaucoup plus tôt. (34)
La Libye avait déjà tant de nombreux élèves de 13 à 17 ans: 79,1% en 1991 et les inscriptions ont atteint de grade 3: 20%. Les enfants des écoles avant la guerre avait atteint les 97% qui indique clairement que la tendance a seulement amélioré.
La Libye a le moins de l’analphabétisme en 1991, les hommes (seulement 9,8%) et femmes (33,1%). Comme vous pouvez le voir d’alphabétisation s’est amélioré à 97% aujourd’hui, ce qui ne laisse que 3% d’analphabètes parmi la population libyenne.L’égalité des sexesLa situation des femmes en termes d’analphabétisme est le plus remarquable et a amélioré de façon significative, passant de 67% en 1991 pour réaliser l’alphabétisation de 83% l’an dernier.Même dans l’enseignement universitaire, plus de femmes que d’hommes 57% 52% (35)
Comme vous pouvez le voir sur les progrès sur la voie de l’égalité des sexes Libye est à la tête de tous les pays africains et arabes.
Cela doit être reconnu par les instances internationales comme le Programme des Nations Unies pour le développement (PNUD pour son sigle en anglais) qui a certifié que «la Libye a également fait d’importants progrès dans l’égalité des sexes, en particulier dans les domaines de la l’éducation et la santé. Avec un «indice d’inégalité entre les sexes” relativement sous le PNUD met le pays dans le Rapport 2010 sur le développement humain sur l’égalité des sexes en position 52 et tellement en avance sur l’Egypte (situé dans le 108), l’Algérie (70 ), la Tunisie (56), l’Arabie Saoudite (128) et le Qatar (94) »(36).
En plus de tous à l’éducation, comme la santé, est gratuit pour tous, y compris les migrants.Toutes ces réalisations de la révolution ont été atteints sans s’endetter auprès de la Banque mondiale ou le FMI, c’est à dire sans se faire attraper par l’un des mécanismes qui favorisent la soumission pour les élites financières et la conséquence est toujours la paupérisation de la peuples.
L’accès aux aliments de base Les Libyens étaient bien nourris avec un apport calorique quotidien de 3144 calories par habitant (37). La malnutrition avant l’invasion était seulement de 5%.La crise alimentaire mondiale de ces dernières années a peu d’effet sur la population libyenne, contrairement à d’autres pays africains où il ya eu une augmentation dramatique de la faim et de décès dus à la malnutrition.
Cette situation s’aggrave à mesure que reconnu par la Banque mondiale, Robert Zoellick, Président a déclaré dans un communiqué avril 2011: «le prix des denrées essentielles ont augmenté de 36% par rapport à l’année dernière.” (38)
Comment était-ce possible?Canadienne de la Croix économiste Michel Chossudovsky vous explique: (39)“La Libye a été l’un des rares pays en développement qui ont maintenu un système de contrôle des prix sur les aliments de base. La Jamahiriya arabe libyenne avait introduit un système de contrôle des prix sur ces produits, qui était encore en vigueur au début de la guerre menée par l’OTAN. Alors que les prix des denrées alimentaires dans les pays voisins comme la Tunisie et l’Egypte ont conduit à des troubles sociaux et la dissidence politique, le système de subventions alimentaires est resté en Libye. Ceci est confirmé par plusieurs agences spécialisées des Nations Unies. “
La révolution verte initiée libyen Kadhafi gouvernement pouvait faire tout cela parce que, avant la guerre, n’avait pas de dettes. Et il n’avait aucune dette bancaire principalement parce que le gouvernement libyen ont effectivement appartenu à, non pas comme les banques occidentales qui appartiennent à des magnats privé comme Rothschild ou Rockefeller.
Et ce malgré l’embargo qui a causé la perte de milliards de dollars à l’économie libyenne depuis les années 90 à 2000.Non seulement n’était pas un débiteur, mais aussi à la Libye était un pays créancier qui a investi dans les pays africains voisins dans des projets locaux de développement (infrastructures, les communications, l’agriculture) qui bénéficient à la population. Et il n’a accorder des prêts sans intérêt ou à taux d’intérêt très bas que l’étouffé l’économie de ces pays car ils font des prêts du FMI. (40)
La solidarité du gouvernement libyen a déclaré en dehors de l’Afrique par exemple, la Libye a été le premier à fournir une aide humanitaire à la Serbie après la fin de l’opération Allied Force en 1999 (41), où l’OTAN a détruit la Yougoslavie. Comme la Libye, la Yougoslavie était «trop indépendante», a refusé de se plier à l’ordre multinationales promues par le FMI et l’OTAN défend. Alors que la guerre en Libye a été précédée par une campagne mensongère de la diabolisation de son gouvernement et a été contaminée par l’uranium utilisé dans les bombes.Je me suis concentré sur les aspects sanitaires de la société libyenne et de l’éducation, car cela affecte directement la santé. Mais ces les seules différences avec les autres pays africains.
Ne pas oublier qu’en 1969, lorsque le colonel Kadhafi a pris le pouvoir après le renversement du roi à travers Idrish un coup d’Etat militaire soutenu par la majorité de la population, la Libye a été l’un des pays les plus pauvres du monde. Les Libyens quelques brandissant le drapeau du roi souffrant d’amnésie sévère provoqué par le pétrole du Golfe monarchies anachroniques.
Le statut de leurs populations dans ces dictatures soutenues par l’Occident est en contraste frappant avec la situation du peuple libyen dans tous les aspects y compris la situation des femmes et la liberté d’expression.Les femmes en Arabie saoudite sont reconnus coupables de conduite d’une voiture comme cela s’est produit récemment. Manifestants pacifiques ont été Barheim massacré et torturé par les troupes gouvernementales soutenues par Arani saoudite et les Émirats arabes unis.Le gouvernement Kadhafi n’a pas seulement donné au peuple libyen de la santé et l’éducation gratuites, mais aussi l’eau et l’électricité libre de lourdes subventions sur les denrées alimentaires de base. Le peuple libyen jouir du meilleur état de vie en Afrique. La plupart des familles libyennes étaient propriétaires de leur propre maison et de votre propre voiture (42). En outre, ces acquisitions ont été financées en partie par banque publique d’intérêt bas. Chaque nouveau couple de jeunes ont reçu 50 000 $ sans intérêt afin qu’ils puissent construire leur nouvelle maison (43). Le taux d’escompte a aucune preuve que le gouvernement applique la loi islamique qui condamne l’usure réelle, à savoir l’intérêt.
D’autre part des milliers d’immigrants ont été accueillis dans le pays et apprécié de certains droits à bien des égards similaires à celles des Libyens, comme la santé et l’éducation, et le respect particulièrement évident par la politique raciste du gouvernement libyen.
Lors de l’exposition de ces faits il ya quelques jours lors d’une conférence, quelqu’un a demandé lors de la conférence des droits de l’homme en Libye.
Alucinarte dans quelle mesure est la propagande des médias peuvent personnes aveugles.
N’est-ce pas le premier des droits humains le droit de vivre d’abord mesuré par la mortalité infantile et secondairement par l’espérance de vie?
Ne sont pas humains l’accès aux droits à l’éducation, l’eau potable et de nourriture de base?
Sans oublier que les principales organisations qui défendent les droits de l’homme ont joué un rôle néfaste dans cette guerre (et autres) de cacher les faits tels que Human Rights Watch et d’autres financés par George Soros et son Open Society et le NED. (44)
Pire, ils ont initié la guerre depuis le début comme c’est le cas des droits de l’homme du Conseil (Conseil des droits) à partir de son siège à Genève à l’aise comme il l’explique dans un excellent article par le journaliste canadien de recherche Mahdi mondiale Darius Nazemroaya. (45)

La réponse est qu’ils n’ont jamais rebellé.
Kadhafi a bénéficié du soutien populaire, entre 90 et 95% (46). Les manifestations de plus d’un million de personnes s’est tenue à Tripoli et d’autres villes lors des bombardements en témoignent. Bien sûr que non vous leur avez appris à la télévision, mais vous ne pouvez les voir ici. (47)
Comme nous l’avons documenté en Février la prétendue “soulèvement populaire” était une fraude (voir la liste finale des articles publiés).
Tout cela étant apprécié par les Libyens (noir et immigrés africains), est d’aller en enfer à cause de “l’intervention humanitaire» par l’OTAN et tous les stupides ou criminel, droit et gauche, ont soutenu sa version de menteur des événements qui ont conduit à cette catastrophe.

That Libya would not let you know

Before the “humanitarian war”, Libya was the first country in Africa on health, education and gender equality. Today is the first death and suffering a health crisis.
Massacres and health crisis
In August, Christian Balslev-Olesen, UNICEF’s office in Libya announced that “the intense bombing of Libya’s water infrastructure by NATO could become an unprecedented health crisis.” (1)It is exactly what is happening. A month after the health situation of the Libyan population is plunging into an abyss where access to basic necessities of life disappears.
According to reports from a clinic in the city of Harawa, a few miles outside Sirte, a large number of families have small children suffering from diarrhea and vomiting. Rybakov Valentina, a Ukrainian physician who has worked in Libya for eight years said: “Most patients who come to me are the children. I saw 120 patients from the morning and 70 percent of them were children. This is a crisis the great humanitarian. We are trying to get help from around the world, but the main problem is that these people have no access to clean drinking water. “(2)
Access to clean drinking water! something that all Libyans were insured and free up even though Libya is a desert, before the “humanitarian intervention” by NATO. (3)
In two weeks leading Sirte besieged and constantly bombarded by NATO, there is no water, no medicine, no proper food for a population of 100,000.
The humanitarian disaster is not accidental is largely premeditated collaboration with NATO. The rebels have surrounded Sirte intentionally to cut the electricity and the flow of supplies such as food and gas for cooking in an attempt to literally “starve the city to submit”. (4)
According to Dr. Mego Terzian, director of emergency programs MSF-France (Doctors without Borders): “We were told that the hospital was overwhelmed with wounded …. There are emergencies, pediatrics, gynecology, and patients with untreated chronic .
We talked about the enormous difficulties the lack of electricity, water and basic medicines to keep the emergency operation, including anesthetics, antibiotics, analgesics, and blood bags. “(5)
The representative of MSF, said doctors in Sirte had contacted the group asking for emergency medical supplies, but the National Transitional Council had “forbidden” MSF volunteers to cross through the siege lines to help population.
It is ironic that this situation MSF denounce a French organization while the French aircraft bombs that have caused still falling on Libya.
MSF was founded by Bernard Kouschner who later became one of the perpetrators of the massacres committed by NATO in Kosovo. (6)
There have been reports that the interim relief for 10,000 people near Sirte, but the fighting has prevented the UN to send trucks with food, water and fuel for ambulances to evacuate the wounded. (7)
A Red Cross convoy consisting of two trucks and two 4 × 4 vehicles, carrying supplies and headed for the besieged city of Sirte was forced to return early Monday.(8)
Civilians attempting to flee the city are reporting that NATO and the rebels, not Gaddafi, are committing genocide against civilians in Libya. (9)
Several inhabitants of the areas bombed by NATO, gave their testimonies about the critical situation in the city:Sami Abdurrahman, 64, from the road towards Sirte, two hours the Libyan capital, Tripoli:
“No food, no medicine, and every night for five or six hours, NATO bombed buildings of all kinds … They have killed hundreds of women and children like animals. “
“The people who is going to fight to the death,” one refugee said, adding that there is a hospital opened in Sirte, but without drugs. (10)

According to the International Committee of the Red Cross, the denial of humanitarian assistance is a crime under international law. The Red Cross adds, “is not necessarily a slaughter perpetrated by arms alone.” (12)It is also perpetrated by preventing aid from reaching those affected as they are doing the forces of “new government”, attacking civilian targets such as water and electricity supplies, which is precisely what NATO has done for months. (13)In their noble task of “protecting people” tearing children has dropped bombs on children’s hospitals including Bulletin No. 382 (14)Sara Flounders, anti-war International Action Center, said (in a video that included the end) NATO is constantly bombarded Sirte who plays a key role. “This is a NATO war, where so-called rebels is an auxiliary force has been unable to make any ground on their own … This is overwhelmingly a war against civilians. “(15)
Paradoxically, the same civilians who allegedly are protecting NATO (as mandated by the UN), the bombing of the Libyan government that never were bombed all day. (16)
Mahdi Darius Nazemroaya during his mission in Tripoli that nearly cost him his life (17) he said of the criminal NATO attack: “They have carpet bombed the country … its deliberate tactic was to create a humanitarian disaster, with no respect for human life” (18)
Before Libya was the first country in Africa on health, education and gender equality.It is important to know that before the “humanitarian war” of the people in Libya NATO had a high standard of living. The best by far in all of Africa for what was called “the Switzerland of Africa”.
“Unlike other countries that have undergone a revolution, Libya is very rich and free education, medical care is free and the conditions for women are much better than in other Arab countries.”Do you think it Gaddafi government propaganda?Not
This was stated by journalist Yvonne de Vito referring to the revolution that Gaddafi and other Libyan performed, not the cheesy current revolution orchestrated by NATO (19)Free access to healthcare.According to WHO “All citizens have access to free public health care. The government was substantially increasing the budget for the development of health services.” (20)
The country has made significant progress in terms of public health recognized unanimously by all UN agencies that put Libya in the first place African countries regardless of some discrepancies in the figures.A particularly important fact is that since 1980 the infant mortality rate dropped dramatically.
The infant mortality rate under 5 per 1000 live births decreased from 71 to 14 in 2009. (21)According to WHO, life expectancy at birth was 72.3 years (2009), one of the highest among developing countries.Life expectancy increased from 61 in 1980 to 74 today. (22)

Human Development Index (26) measures the development by combining indicators of life expectancy, educational attainment and income in a single statistic which would serve as a frame of reference for social development and for the economic, shows the position of each country in relation to these target values expressed as a value between 0 and 1.
According to the Human Development Index, Libya again ranked first in all African countries. In the general index of the world’s Libyan Arab Jamahiriya 0.755 ranked No. 53.
By comparison with other African countries
DRC is ranked No. 168
HDI of 0.239 and a life expectancy of 48 years.Zimbabwe is ranked 169 in HDI of 0.140 and a life expectancy of 47 years
Not classified Somalia with a life expectancy of 50.4 last year, now is certainly much lower.For all sub-Saharan Africa’s average life expectancy of 52.7 years.This positioning of Libya at the head of Africa is not new.
In 1999 before the embargo was lifted in April 1999 and despite it, Libya was the African country with better living conditions on the continent (27)
Had the largest number of physicians: 1.28 per 1000 inhabitants in 1997, was now the first African country in the HDI Human Development Index, ranking 72 of the world, ahead of countries like Brazil and well ahead of next African country South Africa was ranked 103. (28)
Today was ranked 53 of the Human Development Index, is better positioned than any other African country.
Will you say that this is because Libya has oil?
No, in Africa there are other countries that have oil Algeria, Somalia, Nigeria but they have these results.Even compared to other countries with even more oil as Saudi Arabia.For example Libya also is ahead of pro-Western dictatorship, the wealthy Saudi oil in the human development index:Libya is ranked 53 while Saudi Arabia has the number 55 and that despite the dollar gross national income per capita was 24.7 in Saudi Arabia while in Libya was 17 (29)
When the infant mortality rate dropped to 17 deaths per 1,000 births in Libya, Saudi Arabia was 21 (30).
Libya ahead of them because affluent Saudi royal family who own the country income does not invest in improving health and living conditions of its population as did the Libyan government. By contrast, the House of Saud has been one of the instigators of the past Gaddafi assassination attempts by funding terrorist groups linked to Al Qaeda, from the current war against Libya and the return of the monarchy. Free access to education
The country had the highest literacy rates and enrollment in colleges and universities in Africa.(32) and is quite remarkable that an equal proportion of enrollment in primary education for children. Even the rate of enrollment in higher level education (post secondary and university) was higher in women.

These data come from UNESCO [33] and the World Bank is not particularly enthusiastic about Gaddafi’s Green Revolution, but has no choice but to recognize their achievements: “In a relatively short time, Libya was able to provide universal access to primary education with 98 % and 46% in the high school level. In the last decade, the number of women increased by 12% at all levels of education. Primary and secondary school, girls have surpassed 10% for men. “
As in the case of health this development is not the result of the last decade, much earlier. (34)
Libya already had as many school children from 13 to 17 years: 79.1% in 1991 and the enrollment reached grade 3: 20%. School children before the war had reached the 97% which clearly indicates that the trend has only improved.
Libya had the least amount of illiteracy in 1991, men (only 9.8%) and women (33.1%). As you can see literacy has improved to 97% today which leaves only 3% of illiterates among the Libyan population.Gender EqualityThe situation of women in terms of illiteracy is the most remarkable and had improved significantly from 67% in 1991 to achieve literacy by 83% last year. Even in university education, more women than men 57% 52% (35)
As you can see on the progress on the road to gender equality Libya is at the head of all African and Arab countries.
This has to be recognized by international bodies such as the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP for its acronym in English) who certified that “Libya has also made significant progress in gender equality, particularly in the fields of education and health. With an “index of gender inequality” relatively under the UNDP puts the country in the 2010 Human Development Report regarding gender equality in position 52 and so far ahead of Egypt (located in the 108), Algeria (70 ), Tunisia (56), Saudi Arabia (128) and Qatar (94) “(36).
In addition to all education, like health, is free for everyone, including migrants. All these achievements of the revolution were achieved without going into debt with the World Bank or the IMF, ie without getting caught by one of the mechanisms that promote order submission to the financial elites and the consequence is always the impoverishment of the peoples.
Access to basic food The Libyans were well nourished with a daily caloric intake of 3,144 calories per capita (37).Malnutrition before the invasion was only 5%.The world food crisis of recent years had little effect on the Libyan population in contrast to other African countries where there has been a dramatic increase in hunger and death due to malnutrition.
This situation is worsening as recognized by the World Bank President Robert Zoellick said in a statement April 2011: “the price of essential foodstuffs had increased by 36% compared to last year.” (38)
How was this possible?Canadian cross economist Michel Chossudovsky explains you: (39)“Libya was one of the few developing countries that maintained a system of price controls on staple foods. The Libyan Arab Jamahiriya had introduced a system of price controls on these products, which was still in force at the beginning of the war waged by NATO. While rising food prices in neighboring countries such as Tunisia and Egypt have led to social unrest and political dissent, the system of food subsidy remained in Libya. This is confirmed by several specialized agencies of the United Nations. “
The green revolution initiated Libyan Gaddafi government could do all this because before the war, had no debts. And he had no bank debt primarily because the Libyan government actually belonged to, not as Western banks that belong to private magnates as Rothschild or Rockefeller.
And this despite the embargo that caused the loss of billions of dollars to the Libyan economy since the 90’s to 2000.Not only was not a debtor but also to Libya was a creditor country that invested in neighboring African countries in local development projects (infrastructure, communications, agriculture) that benefit the population. And he did grant loans without interest or with very low interest rates that choked the economy of these countries as they make loans from the IMF. (40)
The solidarity of the Libyan government said outside of Africa for example Libya was the first to provide humanitarian aid to Serbia after the end of Operation Allied Force in 1999, (41) where NATO destroyed Yugoslavia. Like Libya, Yugoslavia was “too independent”, refused to bend to multinational order promoted by the IMF and NATO defended. As the war in Libya was preceded by a deceitful campaign of demonization of his government and was contaminated with uranium used in bombs.I have focused on the health aspects of Libyan society and education because this directly affects health. But are these the only differences with the other African countries.
Do not forget that in 1969, when Colonel Gaddafi took power after overthrowing the king Idrish through a bloodless military coup supported by the majority of the population, Libya was one of the world’s poorest countries. The few Libyans waving the flag of King suffering from severe amnesia instigated by the Gulf oil monarchies anachronistic.
The status of their populations in these dictatorships supported by the West is in stark contrast to the situation of the Libyan people in all aspects including the situation of women and freedom of expression. Women in Saudi Arabia are convicted of driving a car as has happened recently. Barheim peaceful protesters have been massacred and tortured by government troops backed by Arani Arabia and the UAE.Gaddafi’s government has not only given to the Libyan people free healthcare and education but also water and electricity free of heavy subsidies on basic foodstuffs. The Libyan people enjoy the highest living standards in Africa. Most of the Libyan families owned their own home and your own car (42). In addition, these acquisitions were funded in part by government-owned bank with low interest. Each new young couple received $ 50,000 interest-free so they could build their new home (43). The bank rate is no proof that the government applies the Islamic law which condemns usury genuine, ie interest.
On the other hand thousands of immigrants were welcomed in the country and enjoyed some rights in many ways similar to those of the Libyans, as health and education, and respect especially evident by the Libyan government’s racist policy.
When exposing these facts a few days ago at a conference, someone asked during the conference for human rights in Libya.
Alucinarte to what extent is the propaganda of the media can blind people.
Is not the first human right the right to live first measured by infant mortality and secondarily by the life expectancy?
Are not human rights access to education, clean water and basic food?
Not to mention that the main organizations that defend human rights have played a nefarious role in this war (and other) hiding the facts such as Human Rights Watch and others funded by George Soros and his Open Society and the NED. (44)
Worse, they have instigated the war from the beginning as is the case of the Council’s human rights (UN Human Rights Council) from its headquarters in Geneva comfortable as he explains in an excellent article by the Canadian journalist Mahdi Global Research Darius Nazemroaya. (45)
You might wonder If Libya was the Switzerland of Africa, so he transgressed the Libyan people?.Good question
The answer is that they never rebelled.
Gaddafi enjoyed popular support between 90 and 95%. (46) The manifestations of more than a million people held in Tripoli and other cities during the bombings bear this out. Of course not you taught them on TV but you can see them here. (47)

All this being enjoyed by the Libyans (and black African immigrants), is going to hell because of “humanitarian intervention” by NATO and all the stupid or criminal, left and right, have supported his version liar of events that led to this catastrophe.
